01 What Pocket STB is

Pocket STB is a media player for iPhone, iPad and other Apple platforms. It lets you connect to IPTV services you already subscribe to via Stalker / MAG portals, the Xtream Codes API, and M3U / M3U8 playlists, and play that content on your devices.

02 No content is provided

Pocket STB does not host, provide, sell, bundle, or resell any IPTV channels, streams, movies, series, or other media. The app ships with no content. You are solely responsible for supplying your own valid subscription, portal, account, or playlist from a provider of your choice.

03 Your responsibilities

• You must have the legal right to access any content you load into the app.
• You are responsible for the legality of the portals, accounts, and playlists you configure, and for complying with the terms of your IPTV provider.
• You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding the streaming and viewing of content.
• You must not use the app to access pirated, unauthorized, or infringing material.

04 Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to reverse engineer it, interfering with its security features, or using it in any unlawful manner. We may discontinue support or updates at our discretion.

05 In-app purchases

The app is free to download and includes an optional one-time "Unlock Premium" in-app purchase, currently priced at $9.99 (USD; local pricing may vary). All purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to the App Store terms and Apple's refund policies. The premium unlock applies only to app features and does not include any IPTV subscription or content.

06 Third-party services

Content played through Pocket STB comes from third-party providers over whom we have no control. We are not responsible for the availability, quality, legality, or content of any third-party portal, server, or playlist.

07 Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every provider.

08 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aavitech Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app, or from any content accessed through it.

09 Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. Because Pocket STB does not host content, infringement claims should generally be directed to the relevant content host or provider. If you believe the app itself is being used in violation of your rights, contact us at [email protected].

10 Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
